When Are We Supposed To Feel Hotter?

Despite the mad rush to predict that last year was going to set a record for global temperatures, 1998 is still the hottest year in recent times. The "experts" all rushed out at the end of November to warn us that global warming was still happening, because they knew that the La Nina in December would cause a rapid drop in observed temperatures as in fact it did-- cool wet weather in Australia, record snow in the U.S. and Europe.
