Duckies!

There have been lots of ducks on the lake since the rain came. As I walked along the creek bank this afternoon these ducks were particularly friendly - they kept swimming towards me so that I could get some photos and then posed, turning from side to side.

I believe they are mallards (Anas platyrhynchos), but I'm no duck expert.
