For ages and ages, this message was kept secret, but now at last it has been told
Observation
The gospel truly is an awesome message. God is establishing His Kingdom that is greater and more lasting than the kingdoms of men. Amazingly, God has opened this Kingdom to everyone who will enter in. There are no entry requirements other than a desire to love God. And now, because of Christ, we can praise the only wise God for ever.
Application
God is wise. His timing in sending His Son into the world was perfect. His timing in every part of my life is equally perfect.
God is doing everything that is necessary in my life to draw me into a place of maturity in the Kingdom. Therefore, whatever my circumstances I should praise Him- it's not easy though!
Prayer
Hallelujah! Glory to Jesus! Father you have brought me nto your perfect Kingdom. I will rejoice in you and praise your name for ever. Please help me to rejoice in you, even when I don't feel like it. Amen.
