Very pretty sunflowers. Don't you just love their happy faces! I expect there is a little freshness in the air too. And very nice sheep too. I was thinking about sheep this morning. I was shearing the dog and was thinking how wonderful sheep-shearers must be to be able to cut all that wool in such a short time. Today was day 2 of the dog hair cut. We're nearly done!
Shearers are very special people. They typically do 200-300 sheep in a day. Wrestling these animals and holding them down while they shear them must be very hard work. Many have to retire early from back problems. In the early days, they used to ride bikes all over the country- usually on rutted dirt tracks- to get from job to job.
  And I thought I was doing well! Holding down an 8 pound dog and shearing her in three days! Well..... maybe with practice I can work my way up to a sheep!
Nice photos!
