Apparently there is now a world-wide agreement coming out of the Copenhagen environmental religious gathering whereby "rich" nations will limit the rise in Earth's temperature to no more than 2.0 degrees C.
If you read the fine print in some of the more realistic climate change papers, we still do not understand the mechanisms of heat transfer between air, land, sea and space.
But we have an agreement about how to adjust the thermostat.
Interesting.
