We had a little excitement today. A fire engine raced over the bridge with its siren wailing, went around the roundabout and drive into our cul-de-sac. I couldn't smell any smoke so I went to ask them if they were lost. That was when I discovered they were there to clean up a small oil spill on the highway.
The first photo looks blurry in the thumbnail below, but looks much better full-size. I thought the camera's focussing facility must have had a heart attack, but it's the way that my.opera.com has produced the reduced image.
