Hello world!
Our internet connection, web-site and email are currently out of action due to our ISP suffering what seems to be fairly major problems.
Anyone who needs to get in touch with me probably will need to do so by old fashioned methods!
I'm hoping they get it sorted soon- it's been nearly 24 hours.
Currently the Bates household is getting limited internet access via the Tolsons' connection and a wireless link between the two houses (almost a kilometre apart).
36 hours later and the internet picture here is still murky. It appears that for some reason an internet wholesaler has been taken down, leaving the customers of a whole bunch of its resellers well and truly in the lurch. While some people in some states are reporting a return of the service in NSW it's still well and truly off.Our ISP. teegee, has negotiated adeal with another wholesaler, but we are still waiting to hear what's happening.
