Meet A Miracle!

This lady is a living miracle!

Elaine is from Rockhampton and had been on a disability pension for 18 years. She was unable to walk unaided until God healed her a couple of years ago.

Elaine joined us on our procession last weekend. I had heard that she was really keen to do this walk, but it was only afterwards that I found out the full story.

You see, despite her healing and her great faith, she was still unable to walk long distances. In fact she used a walking stick for walking anything more than a few steps.

When we were about to leave the church, Elaine went to her bag to get her walking stick. As she picked it up, God said to her "You won't need that." She left it behind and walked the full 4.8 km without any assistance.

There were times when her legs started to feel wobbly but she was determined to see it through. Not only did she see it through, she managed to be near the front of the crowd for most of the time.

Before leaving for home, Elaine threw the walking stick in the bin.

What a wonderful woman of faith!
