I just love walking around our town and seeing things from different angles. It's amazing that in a place where some people might think nothing ever happens, there is always something happening if you keep your eyes open.

Here is an old pub which burned down several years ago. The owners were renovating it to use as their family home but the fire also destroyed all their plans.



Today as I walked that way, I thought to myself that the sun seemed to be at an angle where it might just be shining through one of the broken windows. Sure enough it was. I had to be careful as it is right on a blind corner and I had to stand in the middle of the road to take the photo. No time to fiddle with settings, just point, click and hope for the best!
