Today we had an exciting day of travels.
First it was off to Gunnedah to collect the gas heater we won on EBay. While there we checked out the car dealers and found a car at the right price. Then it was off to Quirindi where we drove a couple of cars at the right price, which we didn't like. One a Daihatsu Sirion felt like it was going to roll over on the slightest of bends!
Finally to Tamworth where we found a 2001 Ford Laser sedan (the one at Gunnedah was a Laser hatchback). After the traditional bartering we got a good price. We will pick it up on Monday. The car felt good to drive and had been "optioned up" with features such as electric window and remote locking.
And contrary to expectations ALL of the salesemen we met were nice people. :)

I remember hearing a tiny voice many years ago, my youngest son learning his verses for Sparkies. "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Isn't that nice that He takes such good care of us!!
