Software Fun

I've had some really good experiences using new software recently.

I love it when software is simple to use and does what it's supposed to do without fuss. I also love it when I have tricky things to do and I can find software to do exactly what I need. Julia Gillard's East Timor policy is the unsightly mess that comes with crashing headlong into a hurdle rather than elegantly leaping it. For all the tiresome braggadocio and squawking passing for ''debate'', majority public opinion has not shifted in the past 20 years or so. ...

Refugees, Asylum Seekers and "Illegals"-- What Would Jesus Do?

Then as the political debate in our country turned once again to asylum seekers and which party can be meanest to people who have no votes, I found a seething anger boiling inside me. ...
