Spring Time Photos

What a splendid spring day it is today. I've been out in the garden pottering all day. It's been absolutely splendid. You wouldn't be dead for quids! Except heaven will be even better.

Here are some photos of various blooming plants.

The bougainvilleas next door to the church are starting to recover from the frosts:



This bottle brush is in the church car park





I planted these ground cover plants in the hope that they will eventually replace the grass at the side of the house. They haven't grown that far yet, but they are pretty when flowering.



This is the Japanese honeysuckle at the front of the church. It's just starting to get into the swing of spring, and will look quite spectacular in a couple of weeks.
