Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ for the spiritual blessings that Christ has brought us from heaven.

Before creation Christ chose us
He adopted us
He showed us grace
Christ sacrificed His life-blood
Our sins are forgiven
He reveals His mysterious ways
Christ, in the fullness of time, will bring together everything in heaven and on earth
Application
God has blessed us with every blessing in Christ. When I am feeling down I need to look up to Him.
I really am blessed. There is nothing that I lack because God supplies everything I need, in great abundance.
When I choose to focus on what He has done for me, the joy of the Lord really is my strength and mourning turns to dancing.
Prayer
Thank you Lord- Father, Son and Holy Spirit- for your amazing, overflowing and abundant grace. Help me to always give thanks in every situation. Amen.
