Therefore accept one another just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory.
Observation
Jesus came for both Jews and Gentiles in order that both groups might glorify God- the Jews for keeping the promises made to the ancestors, and the Gentiles for His mercies shown to them.
So Jesus is Lord of Jews and Gentiles alike and all should place their hope in Him.
Application
God has opened the way of salvation to all people regardless of race or birth status.
Everyone who puts their trust in Jesus will be saved.
Everyone who receives His mercy and grace will know the joys of eternal life.
Everyone who follows Him in this life will be assured of being with Him in the next life.
Prayer
Thank you Jesus. You are Lord of Gentiles and Jews for you died for everyone. Help me to share this wonderful news with family and friends. Amen.
