Thank goodness this cultural icon is safe!

From Column 8 in the Sydney Morning Herald comes this gem:

A remarkable, and seamless, changing of the guard has taken place at Akubra hats in Kempsey. The managing director, Stephen Keir, is handing the reins to his son, Stephen Keir, born 55 years after his great-grandfather, Stephen Keir, became general manager, running the headgear company until 1952, when he handed it over to Stephen's grandfather, Stephen Keir. Stephen Keir No. 4 has an 11-year-old son, Stephen Keir. "I think we are a family with no imagination when it comes to naming sons," says Stephen No 4. "There will no pressure on him to follow any career path. He wanted to be a fireman for a while, and now he wants to be a professional soccer player."
