Land of Opportunity

In Victoria the VCE (equivalent to the HSC in NSW) results have just come out.

Here is one that is a tribute to Australia as a land of opportunity and to the student who is obviously very bright.

But yesterday, Shaheen was the dux of Reservoir District Secondary College, with a near-perfect tertiary score, or ENTER, of 99.8 and the promise of a scholarship to study medicine at Monash University.
