Thanks, Elande & Lois!He spent most of the day just there in that spot, then moved to the rim of the pot that contains the fountain. Some time in the evening he moved away.
If he's like ours, he'll be back. I heard a commontion in my computer room the other morning (about 4:30). There was a frog hanging onto the frame of the door. I managed to catch him and tried to put him outside without the cats getting out. He hopped back in - TWICE! Finally I caught him again, this time I gave up with the plastic cup and paper and grabbed him with my hands and took him out. Cats followed thinking this was great fun! I eventually got the cats in, frog out and went back to sleep!
