Today's Photos

What a wonderful spring day! We had a maximum of 30 degrees C today. It was just a real joy to be outside, even if it was to mow the grass, wash the car, go to the tip etc. Even though my mowing muscles are now sore from not being used for about 4 months, I really enjoyed today.

I need to get pruning next to remove frost damaged parts of some of our bushes. Then it will be time to spray spider spray.

I noticed as I was mowing that the jasmine is in full bloom and smelling magnificent. We also have freesias which have appeared at a few places in the garden without human intervention. I tried to take photos of the bees frolicking in the jasmine blossoms but I didn't get the focus right :(
