Over the last few weeks Margaret and I have been feeling a deep sense of expectation.
It is like God is about to do something. We don't know what it is yet, but something is about to change.
I was talking to a lady from another church in town the other ay and she said exactly the same thing.
What sort of "something" are we expecting?
I don't know, but when it happens we will see it!
It's like the beginning of a new season.
Kim Clements posted a prophecy on the Elijah List today that said "A season has come to an end. A season of subtraction has come to an end. "
I really believe that. Over the last few years, I have heard of a couple of people in Narrabri who had miraculous, extraordinary conversions- unexpected divine encounters. I believe we are going to see more of that in this new season. People are going to be coming into church desperate to get saved.
It's an exciting time to be serving the risen Lord.
Blessings

God is definitely busy with something beyond our imagination. I have also been expectantly waiting on this "thing" but I also believe there is already a wave that we are riding on that just needs to break.I am staying in Cape Town, South Africa and according to a few prophecies the revival outbreak will flow from the most southern point in Africa which is Cape Town. We on this side are just waiting in anticipation for God's complete outpour in this continent. As for the new "thing" everybody is talking about it is already here. A friend of mine had a vision about a week ago and in the vision God asked him, man of Gallilee why are you still looking at the sky? For the gift is already among you. Many of us look at the "thing/s" that needs to happen will come from a foreign country or different state, but it will happen in your midst if we could only open our eyes to see that the "gift" is in your midst.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!Yes I agree God is at work wherever we look for Him!The new thing involves a radical re-ordering of the church to match God's plans rather than man's wisdom. There will be a ne wlvl of dependency on the Holy Spirit and the ability to move far more freely in the power of the Spirit than we have ever senn before. It will be like the book of Acts, but more so and updated for the 21st Century!BlessingsKeith
