I picked up this book without reading the sub-title, so it is a very different book to what I was expecting.Having said that, this is an excellent exploration of the roles that women have been forced to play in churches because of faulty readings of Scripture. Using both a detailed examination of some key bible verses together with some historical cases of strong christian women, Kris exhorts the church to allow women to take up their God-given roles in leadership, in ministry and in service in the church.
This book is easy to read and written passionately and personally.
