Today's Photos

On our way home from Sydney on Monday, there was a magnificent sunset near Gunnedah. The sky was deep red. Unfortunately my camera kept trying to normalise the colours back to "proper" daylight conditions so it was really hard to capture it. Then my batteries went flat :( I did get one decent photo though



Spring seems to be all around today, and not just in the very pleasant temperatures. Many gum trees are flowering and magpies are very assertive- I haven't encountered any aggressive magpies yet, but they are certainly less timid than at other times of the year!

    Thanks Lois! Spring doesn't offically start until next Monday, but it's nice to get in early. :)There are forecast of widespread rain up to 50 mm on the weekend. I will be praying that some of it comes this way.
