A very botanical theme today.

Here is a close up of the wattle blooms I photographed the other day. I had to work out how to get rid of the sepia setting to take a colour close up!



These buds look like they will soon burst into masses of white flowers.



Finally, the jacaranda tree is right into the Olympic spirit-- gold, gold gold!
