New (Old) Car

Picked up the car from Tamworth today (a two hour drive, each way). We just had time to drop Josh at school, collect Alex, jump in the car and go. In Tamworth it was ten minutes of shopping, pick up the car, go to the park for lunch then dash home in time to collect Bethany from school.

Just to make life interesting the doorbell went at 1 o'clock this morning and we went downstairs to find a distraught woman asking if Matt was here. I won't go into all the details here- but it did keep us running for half an hour in the middle of the night and then again before we left home. Matt is safe and sound in Sydney. And Bourke and Walgett did not get fresh bread this morning.
